Monthly Accounting Services
Our monthly services are perfect for both new and existing small businesses who are concerned about how much they are going to owe at the end of the year, need to know where their business stands (and do not have the time to learn an accounting system), and/or just need to stay organized.
Tax quarter service
$200/tax quarter
For business owners who aren't ready to have someone take over their bookkeeping, but want to stay on top of their tax liability to avoid sticker shock when tax time comes around. We'll take a look at your bottom line each tax quarter and prepare your quarterly estimated tax payment coupons. Annual income tax preparation (Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065) included with this service.
Basic monthly service
$200/month
For those business owners who just need to stay organized. We will prepare financial statements, reconcile key accounts, and go over your numbers with you every month. We will also prepare quarterly tax estimated payment coupons and your annual income tax return (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065).
Premier monthly service
$300/month
For those who require a more personalized service, our premium service includes everything in the basic monthly service plan, but includes unlimited access to your accountant (not just once a month).
Bookkeeping Services
Congratulations! Your business is growing, but monthly recordkeeping is not sufficient.
Weekly/Bi-weekly Bookkeeping
$200/weekly (or bi-weekly)
Whether you need weekly or bi-weekly service, we will input your transactions, run personalized reports, and handle your billing/receivables and invoices/payables. We can also handle your payroll and act as a liaison between you and other professionals your office works with.

Payroll Services
Our payroll service includes payroll processing (with direct deposit), payment of tax liabilities, filing of quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, and processing of annual forms W-2 and transmittals. We can also assist you with procurement of employee benefits and workers compensation insurance. Fee is based on number of employees and how often your payroll is processed.
